City of Gods is an immersive music & arts festival held on Halloween every year in Brooklyn spanning 2 nights. Guests are invited to explore a labyrinth of many rooms, both indoor & outdoor spaces, featuring dance parties, interactive art installations, secret experiences, and other indulgences made for discovery and delight. The event is created in partnership with multiple Burning Man camps and art collectives, each contributing their unique creativity to this larger-than-life celebration.
City of Gods is co-produced by House of Yes & ZERO. -
City of Gods takes place at Industry City in South Brooklyn.
The address for General Admission ticketholders is 571 2nd Ave, Brooklyn NY 11232 (please note, this is different than the Google address for Industry City).
Guests with Premium Tickets and Table Reservations must enter at a different address - 68 33rd street Brooklyn, NY 11232.

Check out the 2024 lineup of Burning Man camps. Proceeds from the ticketing revenue are contributed to each camp’s 501(c)3 organization to support their year-round fundraising efforts for Burning Man.

Both nights of City of Gods are equally unparalleled and designed for discovery. Much like a real city, the offerings on each night are unique. The camps, music lineups, and immersive performances change from night to night. The people you will meet and the experiences you will have are directly linked to how deeply you explore. 2-Day Festival Passes are available to satiate your curiosities.

YES. Costumes are required to partake of this magnificent experience. The more elaborate, the better! Please see costume inspiration here.
Not sure where to start? We have partnered with Costume Closet NYC to bring you an elevated costume planning experience. Book a session with Costume Closet to browse a curated collection from over 100 participating artists and community fashionistas to give you options for rent or buy, reducing waste. Use the code 'CITYOFGODS' when booking your session to enjoy $10 off the session fee.
Create, don’t appropriate. The following ‘costumes’ are strictly prohibited: Native American ceremonial headdresses, Blackface, and weapons. As a general guideline, do not wear somebody else’s ethnic or racial background as a costume!

Single-night tickets, 2-Day Passes, and Premium Backstage tickets are sold through Shotgun. Get your tickets at cityofgods.nyc/tickets.
Reserved tables & Private Suites are available to book for an elevated experience. Reach out to reservations@cityofgods.nyc to inquire about availability & pricing.

Premium tickets come with Backstage access, expedited entry, complimentary coat check, access to our Divinity Lounge, dedicated VIP bathrooms, and a champagne open bar all night.
Please whitelist the email info@cityofgods.nyc so you can get your expedited entry information on the day of the festival.

'Early entry' tickets truly require early entry.
Early Entry tickets will not be scannable after the arrival window has closed (either 9:30PM or 10:00PM, depending on your ticket type).
You can either plan to arrive early (in accordance with the ticket you purchased), or pay to upgrade the ticket using these instructions:

YES. You may upgrade from an Early Entry to an Anytime Entry ticket. You may also upgrade from a GA ticket to a Premium Backstage ticket.
To do so, head to the Shotgun website (not the app) by typing https://www.shotgun.live/ into your browser. Then navigate to your ticket on your Shotgun profile and look for the upgrade option.

We recommend booking a reserved table for your group that includes expedited entry, reserved seating, and bottle service. To do so, please reach out to our City of Gods Concierge – reservations@cityofgods.nyc.
If a table reservation is not in the cards for your group, we welcome you to purchase 4-pack or 10-pack Group Tickets while supplies last. Group packs include entry to the festival, but do not include expedited entry nor access to Premium lounges.

If you purchased group tickets (4-pack or 10-pack), you and your friends may arrive separately. Make sure your transfer each ticket to each member of your group so everyone can arrive individually if needed.

Deferred payment plans are now closed for the season.
If you previously bought your ticket on a deferred payment plan, you must complete all payments in order for your ticket to be issued. Your ticket is not valid and will not be issued until you complete all payments. Should you not complete your payment plan, all previous payments are non-refundable.

We will not release any more lower tier tickets once they have sold out.

Limited tickets will be available at the door. If presale tickets are sold out, you may join the waitlist on the Shotgun app. Please do not show up without a confirmed ticket and QR code - you will be denied entry.

No. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot be swapped. However, you may still use the resale feature in the Shotgun app should you wish to sell your existing ticket and buy a new one for a different day (subject to availability).
You may also arrange sales & swaps directly within your trusted friend network.
Ticket scammers are rampant. Never buy a ticket from a person that you don’t personally know. We cannot guarantee the validity of any ticket that isn’t purchased from our official ticket page on Shotgun. We will not accommodate any fake tickets on the night of the event.

Should your plans change, you may use the Resale option within the Shotgun app. Some exclusions apply. Group pack tickets are not eligible for resale at this time.
Shotgun cannot guarantee that resale requests will be fulfilled - ticket resales are based on demand from other community members.
Any tickets purchased outside of Shotgun's resale and transfer system cannot be guaranteed authentic, therefore we highly discourage purchasing tickets from individuals you do not know.
If you wish to sell/buy tickets within your group of friends, we encourage you to use the Shotgun ticket transfer option. Please note, certain community restricted tickets may be non-transferrable.

All Sales Are Final. If you can no longer use your ticket, you are welcome to sell it to someone else via your friend network.

Please follow the Shotgun instructions for transferring a ticket. If you have tickets for friends that will be arriving separately from you, please transfer the tickets to them prior to arriving at the venue. When transferring tickets to a friend, you have the option of requesting payment from your friend for their ticket within the Shotgun app.
Please note, certain community restricted tickets may be non-transferrable. Any tickets transferred outside the Shotgun app cannot be guaranteed authentic.

Parking is available for free along 3rd Avenue. Paid parking is available in Industry City’s secure lot on 2nd Ave $5/night on the weekend.

Yes! Secure your belongings and use the Coat Check. Coats, items, and bags of any size are welcome to be checked. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We will be using a cashless system at the bars as well as at coat check. All credits cards and apple pay will be accepted.
Please remember to tip your hardworking bartenders and coat check attendants!

There are 8 full bars throughout the festival with drinks available for purchase from 9pm-5am. All bars also offer mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
We serve all drinks in reuseable Cup Zero cups - please keep your Cup Zero and reuse it for all additional drinks to avoid a $2 fee per drink.
The Food Court can be found at The Tower in the center of the festival. We have 3 food vendors wit food available for purchase while supplies last.
Outside drinks & food are prohibited.

Please come to the First Aid stations or the Info Booth for free water.

Any costume piece that may be construed as a weapon is prohibited. This includes toy guns, bats, bows & arrows, etc. Native American Headdresses are prohibited. Blackface & brownface of any kind is prohibited - that includes very dark face-paint covering your entire face that might be mistaken as blackface. As a general guideline, do not wear somebody else’s ethnic or racial background as a costume!

Come talk to us at the info booth. We will also have Party Rangers roaming the party to assist you with care. Finally, our EMTs are professional, friendly & non-judgmental - and they will take good care of you. The EMT station also has free water. Please don’t hesitate to come ask for help!

We are proud to use Cup Zero at the bar to serve you sustainably. Please keep your cup and reuse it for all your drinks to avoid a $2 fee per additional drink.
We serve canned water rather than plastic bottles. Respect the venue, dispose of your trash properly, and strive to Leave No Trace.
